Regardless of the size of the project, we can do a budget,
draw up a timeline, evaluate bids, prepare contract
documents, supervise the project, manage the cost,
commission & start up the project.

If you have a business plan, we will do the calculations and
graphs and charts that will show the revenue and expenses,
return on investment, payback period etc.

Energy Efficiency Feasibility Studies

Lighting Design and Retrofit
Design lighting and prepare drawings for new and refurbished
installations. Do energy and cost saving calculations to justify
upgrading to more energy efficient lighting. Prepare bid
package and supervise installation.

Building Design, Construction & Refurbishing
Develop plans, design and produce drawings for new or
refurbished commercial & residential buildings including
structural design, mechanical system, sprinkler systems and
electrical. Project management and supervision.

Energy and Maintenance Audits.
Perform audits on equipment that uses hydro electricity or gas,
issue report, track trends, make recommendations for
improvement.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Implementation
We can audit your existing maintenance system and make
recommendations for improvement. We will suggest
improvements to your existing preventive, predictive
maintenance system if one is in place or we will implement a
new one if none exists.
